Caring for your Permanent Jewelry

Do not forget - silver and gold are soft metals. You will have some stretch to your piece. Please message us if you need it tightened at any point!

All Permanent Jewelry is final sale. We recommend fitting your piece snug to prevent it from catching on articles of clothing, tugging from kiddo fingers, or pets and potentially breaking. Our chains are durable, non-tarnish, and hypoallergenic. If you are to catch your chain on something and have it break off, we will happily reweld your piece for a fee of $5-$10, depending on the severity of the snag. We will reweld for free for any medical need (eg pregnancy, surgery, MRIs) - to receive your free medical reweld, you must cut your chain off on the welded jump ring, otherwise we are unable to offer our free medical reweld policy. We will explain how to cut off your piece for this purpose at your appointment. Like any jewelry, if you are to lose your chain, we cannot offer you a new chain at no cost. If this is to happen, please contact us and we can do our best to come up with a solution.
